Hollywood, FL Site Plans Approved for Soleste La Piazza

The Estate Companies has obtained site plan approval for Soleste La Piazza, featuring a 23-story building with 378 luxury rental apartments, 6,919 square feet of retail space and 1,706 square feet of offices on the west side of Young Circle at 1845 Hollywood Boulevard.

The City’s Planning and Development Board unanimously endorsed the project during its meeting on Sept. 12th. No city commission approval is required.

This is our fourth project in Downtown, and we continue to stay committed to the transformation of this city.”

Soleste La Piazza will deliver a mix of studios, one-, two- and three-bedroom luxury apartments ranging from 404 to 1,605 square feet.
