Mediterranean/Latin Fusion is Healthy and Delicious at Downtown Hollywood’s Ocean Grill & Bar
Osvaldo Napoles, the owner of the Mediterranean/Latin fusion restaurant Ocean Grill & Bar at 1814 Harrison Street, is a food professional. He holds an advanced degree in food science and technology in his native Cuba, where he worked as a university professor before coming to the US just two years ago with his sister, Anexys, who works with him at the restaurant.
Here in Hollywood, when he’s not creating healthy, delectable dishes at Ocean Grill & Bar, he can often be found at Hispanic Unity of Florida, educating families on healthy eating, and feeding their families.
“It’s corporate social responsibility,” he said proudly. “I am passionate about helping new immigrants and I’m passionate about healthy eating. What’s important to me is how I can help the Hollywood community.”
