Sintavia to implement $25 million expansion to Hollywood, Florida, facility

The company purchased a second SLM NXG XII 600 printer and a third AMCM M4K-4 is on the way

In line with its strategy to build the largest metal AM facilities in the world, Sintavia is investing $25 million on the expansion of its facility in Hollywood, Florida. As part of this next phase of expansion, the company purchased a second SLM NXG XII 600 printer.

Sintavia, LLC is a state-of-the-art all-digital aerospace component manufacturer. The $25 million expansion investment, which represents the single largest expansion in facilities and equipment by Sintavia since 2019, includes additional advanced manufacturing space, large format printers, large format post-processing equipment, and component testing equipment. It is expected that with this investment, Sintavia will be able to meet the demand from the programs it supports across the U.S. Department of Defense for the balance of this decade.
