Downtown Hollywood Welcomes The Hallway Tap & Brew: 18 Taps and Music Too!
Owner Luis E. Diaz has been actively involved in the brewing industry for 12 years and is now expanding his endeavors with the opening of The Hallway Tap & Brew at 1904A Hollywood Boulevard in Downtown Hollywood.
Diaz is supported in this new venture by his family members, who are also the founders, owners, and operators of King Fox Brewery in Hialeah. The Hallway is partnering with a few local craft breweries to bring artisan ales to the community.
“Luis is passionate about the science of brewing, sharing his knowledge, and providing the best craft beers to his customers,” said his executive assistant, Gina Diaz. “He opened King Fox Brewery in 2021 and did homebrewing under the Barley Works Brewing label. He taught home brewing courses and has participated in many beer events throughout South Florida.”
